Yes ,Most likely but anything can have happened in the last 32-34 years ( or
what ever amount before you owned them ).This is what I've seen in the last
28 years of working on them .As far as Mike said ,there may be early 70 models
with servo ,but most any 70 model came from japan with Brass that I've been
involved

Well ,Yes and no .You can not interchange .You must use All of the gears and
syncros .
Basically all the internals .So really it's not even an option .Just that you
could make a
good trany out of 2 if you had both to start with .Also as some other list
person said ,
ALL Datsun 5 speeds ,roadster and Z till 1980 had servo 5 th gears .
