   It's my understanding that if the top is set up right, you should never
have to worry about them pooping, er, popping off.
   Not that *I* have a clue how thats done!! I bought my roadster with
threaded holes drilled into the brackets (on the windshield frame) with
wing-nuts screwed into them. They're directly under where the latches hit,
so prevent them from moving down and popping out. It's an ugly fix, but
I've never had to worry about the latches popping off!
