       Double check your cam timing. Make sure you are not a tooth off.

Unless you are running smog stuff the vacume ports on the manifold should be 
capped. The two big ones and one little one. The vacume nozzle on the front 
carb goes to the distributor. The carb nozzle should be plugged when setting 
timing, hooked up when adjusting the carbs.
