While Fiat and OSCA may have shared the same designer, I do know that Fiat sold a performance model of the 1200 model that had OSCA 1500cc twin cam motors in it. The bodies were the same as the regular models but with hood scoops. The OSCA 1600 was built on a Fiat chassis with sheet metal by Zagato.
