All of the dash caps i have seen installed seem to look really good. Of
course, some prep in getting big bumps & chunks out of the way will be
necessary. A little patience will go a long way w/ the install. Yrs ago,
there were some dash caps that didn't go back as far in to the instrument
"holes" looked pretty lame,- but I believe all of the new ones you get these
days are much better manufactured.
Seems to me,,, if you can just cover it w/ the cap, there really isn't any
need to spend $$$$$ on a new dash.. unless of course you have a pristine
100pt show car. My theory on the little stuff like that is "if you drive
fast enough, no one will be able to notice"
