I use a pickle fork and a block of wood. The middle main bearing and the
rear will require this. There is a place in the bearing cap for a bolt,
believe its10mm coarse. Put in the bolt with a washer and pry the bearing
cap up placing a piece of 2 x 4 on the block as support. You will have to do
this a few times to check the bearings and fit the rear rope seal.
