Although it's not on the website yet, Gene Felton's roadster (ex-BRE [Frank
Monise/John McComb])has recently been found alive and well, making a 100%
survival rate for the BRE roadsters! OK so there were only two, but David
Pina's car is a semi-BRE roadster as well.
Gene's car was campaigned by Rick Hurst in the early 1980s, then by a guy
called Robinson in GT3 whose son owns it now.
Bob Dicke owns the Bob McQueen car (ex-BRE [John Morton]. This was campaigned
in the 1983 Runoffs against the above car with Ken Glasener at the wheel.
Dave Frellsen's car went to Dick Starita in the early 1970s - not sure where it
is now.
Fitzy's car went to Linda Sharp who campaigned it for a number of years. Allan
Robbins has one of Fitzy's 2000s - may be the same one.
It's amazing how many of these old race cars survived.
