RE: Shocks for '66 1600

As others have said, the KYB GR-2's seem to be the choice of many. The
perfomance is great without ride quality loss. I use the KYB full gas,
sometimes refered to as the "white" shocks. People have said that they have
a harsher ride than the GR-2's, I've never noticed much difference. The
GR-2's are a good value about $25.00 each, and fit you specifications of
"Nothing fancy or expensive, just reasonable quality".
