Lost Coolant - Found! - How did it get there?

All,

I have been loosing coolant for a few weeks and had no idea where it was 
going.  It is going on to the driver floorboard.  Here is the strange 
part.  My heater box is not hooked up.  The water pump and head are capped, 
and the 2 hoses for the heater box are looped into themselves.  I know it 
is fresh coolant because the rad gets low.  Any ideas?
