It brings your power band up a little higher for a slight performace gain.
but, only if you take advantage of it by increasing your shift points to
the
6,200 to 6,800 range. If not, it will hurt your perfomance if you continue
the A cam 5,500 to 6,200 shift points. you will manifest a little less
smooth idle as well. Some have tuned that out, but, end up defeting the
performce gain in the process (IMOHO).
