Roadster stuff, no virus

Hello all!
On the 2 liter engine, how tight should the 2 bolts that hold the cam cover be
tightened.  I was checking things on the car, noticed some oil leaking, and
checked the bolts.  I could turn them very easily with a wrench.  I tightened
them till they were just tight without a lot of pressure. Any suggestions
welcomed!
