Unfortunately he's right. I think we need to arm the Taliban's enemies in
Afganistan and let them slug it out. Just like we armed the Talibans to
fight the Russians we can arm the opposing forces in Afganistan to let them
defeat the Taliban.
A few million $$$$$$ for a bounty on his head will get his enemies to find
him and kill him. All we want is his head.
