Can I suggest something? It might be a good idea to measure the length of
those stacked up washers, and cut some pieces of .125" wall steel pipe /
tube with an ID close to the OD of the bolts to fit as spacers. All those
stacked washers will have a strong tendency to loosen your bolts from
vibration.
