Rear Axle

I have disassembled the rear axle into its various components.
I am wondering, if I were to pull the bearing caps off the center
section and pull out the pinion to replace the seal, will the ring and
pinion have to be set up again or will it go back together without any
trouble?
Every thing looks pretty good inside the rear end.
