Just curious.

Daniel,
When a block is o-ringed it means that they take a special cutter and cut a
grove
on the top of the block just a bit bigger than the bore and then tap a piece of
wire into the groove. When the head gasket and then the head are placed on the
engine block you are supposed to effectively get a better seal, especially if
you
are pressurizing an engine; such would be the case with a turbo or blower
situation. Isn't usually needed for normal carborated or EFI engine.
