The PO has bypassed the Ammeter on my car (I'm in the process of
un-bypassing it).

The White wire from the Ammeter was cut, then it looks like that same
piece of white wire was used as connection from the fuse box (30 Amp) down
to the starter.

Is there a way to bypass the ammeter gauge without tearing the whole dash
apart. I can hardly see the connections from below, let alone get my hand up
there to try and disconnect the instrument cluster. My wiring diagram shows
white and black wires to the gauge. Is there somewhere else I can tie into
these and put a fuse?

Thanks,

Kim
