Shasta '99

Help, I thought I had taken care of my registration for Shasta this
year, but it appears I haven't and I can't find the form. I have Hotel
reservations, but I'm not registered for the Event or Dinner. This is
for the roadster meet, not the all Datsun event at the ski park. I had
David and Phillys Alzamon email, but I've lost that too. Please someone
help this absent minded engineer. Thanks.
