Hi everyone,
I recently got my 67.5 1600 back on the road again after sitting in the
garage for about 5 years or so. I guess driving it, shook up all of the
loose crud in the gas tank, cause the fuel line got clogged at the gas tank.
So, this weekend, I drained and pulled the gas tank, yuck!!!
I'm looking for suggestions as to whether I should take it somewhere to get
it cleaned up, or do it myself. I already cleaned up the bulk of the crud.
Is there a product out there that I can use to clean it myself?
As a side light, the float arm inside the tank was stuck, maybe thats why
the fuel guage wasn't working???
