Water pump is about $150 (guess) for the U20. New, available
from the dealer or a parts source.

I have seen rebuilts. Some are trash, others are excellent.
Dan Garrison (who is on the list), had some built up with
the larger bearings and shaft. Machine work is needed on the
hub.

I picked one up from Dan, but have kept it as a 'emergency'
spare in the trunk, while spending the $$$ for a new one for
my own roadster. I know a new water pump looks expensive, but
when weighed against an overheated and cracked U20 head...
cheap insurance. Oh, on the poor quality rebuilt U20 water
pump... the pulley let go. It was just "spinning" on the shaft.
Yep engine overheated, while everything looked fine!
