We now have a limited supply of late style (68-70) soft top front bows.
These have been repaired and painted and are ready to install for your
new soft top. Also in stock are the header bar vinyl trim finishing
piece. This is the piece that goes on the underside of your soft top
header bar which sits on top of the windshield frame. Also in stock are
some new rear deck lid tear drop chrome holders. These are used for
retaining the soft top or tonneau cover bars. Also in stock, new factory
original body to frame rubber pads. have an over abundance of voltage
regulators for the charging system. Please help get rid of all these
spark plugs. I have a few KA24 kits so that you can install a new motor
into your roadster. Just in, a solex manifold for the R16, one only, no
linkage.

TIP OF THE WEEK
When replacing the thermostat on your U20, dont stop at removing the
elbow, remove the spacer where the temperature sensor is and coat those
steel studs inside your aluminum with some antiseize. make sure you
change your antifreeze once a year as electrolisis is eating away the
housings and they are becoming scarce. the same goes for the 1600 where
the housing sits at the front of the head. the thermostat housings
should be removed every two years so that the corrosion does not have a
chance to weld it all together. With the 1600 you have to remove the
housing, wheras the 200 is easier as you only have to remove the elbow
to expose the thermostat. this is bad as when you do get around to
removing that blasted little spacer between the head and the elbow, it
is too late. last current price on the factory elbow $90!!! last known
price on the spacer $30!! Remember that preventative maintenance is the
best solution to avoiding expensive repairs. I reccomend that the
thermosat, temperature sender, and gaskets should be replaced every two
years. Sooner if you encounter overheating problems as both units are no
longer reliable once they have been overly overheated. Are both your
fuel gauge and temp gauge not working? Could be that the under dash
voltage regulator is malfunctioning.
