Thanks Jeremy,

the tail lights are Wingard, I have the "original"
narrow rear wings -- Original(?) orange paint shows
through black on these! There is, in fact, evidence
that the ally body's first coat of paint was orange,
along with evidence of about a 3 inch stripe just
above the bottom edge of the tub appearing on the left
side only...

The picture you sent (from John Weale's book?) is
somewhat different from mine in dash layout, indicator
switch, etc., the rivets on the dash are curious
though -- I've got 'em there too, and have noticed
that most don't.

John Watson's informative web site describes the
welded on frame tag in front of the passenger seat as
correct for the apparent year of my car...

One day, I'll write up and post all the other odd
details I've spotted...!
