Hmmmm.... well, I am sorry to say that the only reference I have that even
mentions the Cosworth C.P. L2 cams (which is the Vizard tuning twin cam
Fords book) doesn't even mention the timing or lift specifications.... All he
says is that they are good for 5-ish hp over SE cams in a 1600cc engine, and
that they like the initial timing set to about 15 BTDC.
Unfortunately I don't have the Dave Bean catalog any more, that has the twin
cam info in it... I only have the English Ford Racer's catalog.
OK, someone on the list must have the right DBE catalog....
