I'm not sure if this subject has come up before:
Does someone have a difinitive answer on the HO vs. standard gear oil
question? Will HP (HYPOID) oil in a gearbox chew up the "yellow metal", i.e.
the syncros, etc.? Has any one had this misfortune?
Another Conn Triumph Register member threw the question on the Prodigy cars
net and got some conflicting answers. BTW, the car in question is a '74 TR-6.
