I think having someone from TRF here on the net is VERY
helpful, indeed. Bavarian Auto Service (44 Exeter Street,
Newmarket, NH 03857-9972 - 1-800-636-2002), the BMW supplier I deal
with, has, in its customer service questionare the following:
"Would you like to see us offer an Internet mailbox for placing
orders? a. Yes, I would use it b. No, I wouldn't use it
c. What's Internet?" Maybe it could start out as a question in the
winter sale announcement, to get input from people who have net
access, but don't know what a wonderful thing it is to be an
Offical Sicon Of Lucas!
As Steve Allen says, all seriousness aside, I really think come
sort of on-line access to Suppliers/clubs/etc can only be benefical
to all, if for nothing more than good will.
