Did some research on chrome wire prices and it appears that
Moss retail per wheel for your MGB (60 spoke) is 241.45. The set of
four drops the price to 897.00 retail and if 5 is your need then
1074 is the tariff. Not cheap certainly. BTW we at Mainely MGs
can sell the set of 4 for $ 790.02 (and we might forget the .02
for you Dan <smile>) and the set of 5 for $945.25. These prices are
delivered direct to you from Moss. Moss sells Dunlops which
are chrome...I have a set on our 68 B which are very nice.
Probably Dayton markets the stainless spoked wheels and they
should also be fine. Cleaning is the same hassle as far as
I know.
