My 1979 Midget (dont think this will work for all models) uses a double sided
key blank
marked
"COLE, Cleveland, Ohio VL5" on one side and
"VO73 X29 Fits VOLVO U.S.A."
on the other side.
Got it at a pretty conventional key rack (in a FURROW lumber yard).
