You think THAT's bad. I was looking through a recent issue of THoroughbred
and Classic Cars (the one with my "real" dream machine, the Bentley R-type
Continental on the cover ("real" means there's a hope in hell I might own one
someday)) when I came across an advert from a dealer that had a '29 4-1/2
litre supercharged Bentley with a LeMans-style Mulliner body! Yowza! That's
my "ultimate" dream machine. ("Ultimate" means when I win the Lottery...)
I'm even going to be passing thorugh England in June. Let's see, I have a 3
hour stopover in Heathrow and this shop is only 15 miles away from the
airport...
My wife's comment was "You're going through Heathrow on a Saturday? Good
thing they're closed."
And so they are. Probably all for the best. Snif.
