Crossflow heads for GT6

This is just a general curiosity issue (read: I don't think I can 
afford it).  Does anybody know of crossflow heads for GT6 engines?  I 
would imagine that crossflow heads are at least available for 
competition use.

I assume that the blocks are close enough to the TR6s that a 
crossflow head for those engines would also fit.
