There was a thread about this a few years ago. If you have ftp access,
get sol.digest.100.Z from hoosier. Basically, there's an outfit in
Alabama called Titles Unlimited (1-800-325-8136) which can get you
titled for slightly more than you paid for your Spit. Make sure that
the VIN you submit for the title stuff is correct, 'cause you're gonna
be stuck with it.
If all else fails, New Hampshire has no title whatsoever on anything
over 10 years old, and we can probably figure out a way to get you
titled via pseudosale.
