Ref: Buying cars that are miles away
I recently moved two vehicles from NY to MI, one inside a Ryder box
truck and the other on a trailer... I got stuff to haul back via
this very list to (slightly... :-) defray the cost. Hopefully
Bob is having fun with his new GT-6s!
I figured my expenses were around 900 for the truck and trailer,
350 for the diesel fuel and 5 days food/lodging (plus used up some
of my vacation days) so this is not the thing to do to get a $150 USD
car from arizona unless you REALLY want it.
Don't tell Ryder your plans, it's a violation of the contract to
put a car inside their truck.
