I get pulled over pretty routinely in my sprite, either I look darn fast or
like I'm having too darn much fun, I'm certainly no GOING fast in the
sprite, as
I'm sure everyone on this list could attest. Anyway, I've not been pulled
over
for speeding, it seems its just on general principles. Years ago in
Pennyslvania,
I came the closest to a ticket, I was pulled over for slowing just south of
Gettysburg.
Told if I didn't speed up to at least 45 I would get a ticket, I'd been
going about 30.
Two weeks ago the NY state police pulled me over at random, asked to see
some stuff and sent me on my way, then as I was leaving Brookhaven National
Lab
the cops there stopped me. Seems they wanted to examine my trunk to make
sure
I wasn't smuggling out NATIONAL SECRETS OR BOMBS. I don't think either
thing
actually fits in my trunk, at least no with the top and sticks, and weeks
worth of clothes,
etc.

I guess I could understand if I was drivin' a jig-a-wire, but I'm just
drivin' a sprite.

I know some of this has been discussed before, but I can't do text
searches on the SOL archives right now...

What was the trick to TR3A radiator removal? Pullable from underneath? I've
got to replace the rubber bushings on the fan.

And, I think I remember that you need a spring compressor to remove the
front trunnion and/or shock, and that using the floor jack method won't
work, yes?

Any gotcha's replacing the idler arm & bracket, or the steering arm pins?
