Major Disappointment

What a bummer! I always hate it when that happens. I took my diff to
a shop specializing in driveline repairs to have a part removed with a
press about a year ago. That went just fine, but I also asked them to
clean up some threads on the part with a die. They cross threaded the
part so badly that it was totally unusable. Thank goodness TRF had
the part in stock. They paid for the new part, but it was a bummer of
a time.

What about replacing your tank all together? Is that an expensive
option for a snake? I would think that a replica tank wouldn't be too
pricey, and would probably last longer than fixing the old tank. Yes?

Cheers and lots of luck,

-Scotty
