Lime Rock's Vintage Fall Festival is Friday - Monday Aug31-Sept3.
Usually race practice on Friday, sprint races on Sat., Concours
show on Sunday (local laws do not allow racing on Sunday), and
featured race(s) on Monday. The featured race this year is a
reunion of the 1970 Trans-Am Mustangs,Camaros,Porsches,and Alfas.
The Healey Challenge is scheduled(?) for Lime Rock according to
Healey club articles. The Lime Rock news doesn't say anything about
it though. I will call and check it out.
Plenty of parking and camping space (tents & RV). Not too many
people camp out usually, perhaps 20-30 folks in tents or RV. (There
once was a guy who slept in his MGB-GT! ) Local motels are few and
probably booked by now.
Days can be hot & sunny, and Nites can get cold so be prepared.

Lots of interesting cars there. Unlike some 18-weel trailers full
of multiple $$$$ vintage cars complete with machine shop & staff,
mine will be the red 100-4 Healey with dust all over.

  Happy Healeying.... Duane Walzer
