Knock on a wood-rim wheel, I have never had trouble with Lucas stuff
since I got the car.  When I first got the Spridget, the headlights
did not work.  Dirty contacts in the dimmer switch.  Since then the
only failure has been two bad Bosche spark plugs.  OK, OK, so the
horns don't work.  The lights, blinkers, ignition, everything is OK.
