TR Commission Plate Information

The commissions plate for my 1966 TR4A contains several bits of
information, namely the commission number (CTC67956L), paint code
(25, Triumph Racing Green), gross laden weight (2660 lbs), and a
trim code, H11.  Does anyone know what this trim code is trying to
tell me?

Also, for anyone with a similar car, do your numbers appear to have
been stamped by someone sipping a little too much warm beer?
