Hey gang,
Had a great day in the shop yesterday. Dennis Millard (my buddy that went
to Wildwood with me) came over and gave me doing some things that you need
2 people for. We got the AC bracket mounted and the cross brace for the
radiator core support and headlight mechanisms mounted, mounted the air panel,
replaced the screws that hold the firewall penetration plate for the AC hoses
with nuts and bolts (the screws stripped out of the fiberglass). Also cleaned
out the holes for the seat belt mounting bolts, and a few other little odds
and ends. It's hard to believe that we spent 8 hrs working on her yesterday.
While you can see some of the progress, some of it is almost invisable. If
I can keep this pace up, I may actually finish the car. :)
