It sounds as if you are having a problem with a faulty ground, since the only
wire from the passenger side that coincides with the driver's side is the
ground wire. On your air control panel behind the driver's seat there are 2
wires that come from each control valve. 1 wire will go to its respective door
loom wire and the other will go to the steel board that they are attached to.
There is also 1 other wire that comes to the board from the wire loom. This is
a heavy gauge wire that goes to chassis ground. You will need to check all
of these wires and possibly redo the connection or even tie them all to 1 place
on the board to ensure that you have complete contact so that all 4 circuits
on the board work correctly.
