I was talking to an X-police officer from Arizona that was involved with the
Scottsdale police cars. He gave me a couple of 8x10s of the cars. He
remembers that the cars had dummy vins, either all 0's or X's. they were
both 74's with amc power and ran real hot and the A/C worked poorly (big
surprise), they were sold at a municipal auction with other surplus police
vehicles... as related to me by him.
