It seems everytime I post this someone responds that they will and then they
just vanish so this time I'm paying for two custom carpet replacements,
yours and mine.
To anyone living in California with a B, there is a great custom carpet
place that does a super job on the B, with a much better finish and greater
selection of materials than anyone else, period. Unfortunately, they lost
the pattern to the B and need a car to make a replacement carpet. For your
trouble by driving by and spending an afternoon there, you will get new
carpet gratis. That's right, totally free! They are making a huge cut on
the price just to get a pattern and I'm picking up the rest. You pick the
material you want, I don't care. I just want them to have a pattern so they
can make a carpet for me, it's that good of a job (saw pics of another B job
prior to pattern loss, and it blew away anything previously offered). Very
impressive.

I've been pretty sick lately and haven't been my prolific self lately but
still occasionally get to work on my overgrown hotwheel. Right now, it is
going through a polished Sanden 508 R12 retrofit using a kit supplied by
Tampa Bay A/C (they supply the kits for National, a Mustang restoration
house) and I'll let everyone know how it goes. The Sanden should be much
quieter and more efficient, and look a whole lot better too. It is also
available in R134.
