The bolt pattern is an AMC, which is also the same as Mopar larger body
cars and earlier Ford cars-though some of the Ford rims use a narrower
center hub.  The best solution for a spare is find an AMC Spirit or SX4
Eagle.  They have the small donut high pressure spare, and a carpeted cover
for it-and tan is a common color.  You will also need the lugnuts from the
car (I think) as the Bricklin wheels have a shoulder on them (Again, I
thi9nk).  All AMCs from 1979 up have the donut spare, but only the above
mentioned cars have the cover as they are hatchbacks.
