FYI I received this additional information for those who may be considering
going with the BAHC on their Zion Tour. GGDuff

OK I would recommend moving on the above very soon as things are filling up in
Springdale and most places require a 2 night stay minimum. The Driftwood
requires that and their remaining room rates are $149 & $169 but the Mont
Clair across the street has rooms and will do one night at a rate quoted to me
by Brook the manager at $116.96 including a full breakfast. The only way they
will hold rooms is by credit card that they charge immediately and not knowing
how many plan to make the trip I wasn't willing to do that on my card. Just
call soon to both the Abbey at Cedar City and the Mont Clair and make your
reservations or we won't be going to either. Please let me know if you are
going.
The Abbey at Cedar City 1-800-325-5411 $67 rate, mention the Bonneville Austin
Healey Club if there is any
question mention that Heather Maughan made
the reservations 10 rooms are held
and I have signed a Group Confirmation
Contract.
The Mont Clair at Springdale, 435-772-0266 $116.96 rate, mention that Brook
sent a fax to them confirming
the rate for 5/22 for a sports car club.
It will require a credit card guarantee.
Once I know how many are coming I will make a dinner reservation at the Bit &
Spur a fun reasonable Mexican / Southwestern restaurant and they can seat us
together and we will just order off the menu. They have a bar area if we want
to meet there in advance for a social hour.
