VW 1.8L engine warranty

Volkswagen extended the 1.8L engine warranty to eight years, 
unlimited mileage for 1998-2004 Passat models.

Ps. We've had stupid problems with dealers on our V6 Passat but VW 
has always stepped in and set them straight.
