Hello, everybody!
I just discovered that the Kumho contingency program is being
administered by the SCCA this year instead of by Kumho, so the
procedures are a little different.
This year, you have to sign up for the program with the SCCA before
the date of the event. The forms are available online at
http://www.scca.com/ . On the left side, click SOLO then when the
bars open up under SOLO, click Contingency.
