Repair Workspace

I saw few ads in the Wheel newspaper for racecar storage and workspace, but not 
much respond from my calls. Does anyone have any experience with them?
 
Anyway, I am looking for a space to repair my car for probably a month period, 
possible longer. If anyone can point me to good storage/workspace for rent 
would be helpful. I prefer somewhere in/close to Fremont.
