If you're talking about run group 8, we started cycling the time cards
out to the Poster as soon as he showed up after the start of 2nd runs.

Specifically I was referring to the third run group. But one of my
correspondents tells me a slightly late approach in the eighth group was
averted after being encouraged a bit. <G>
