Don't know exactly which bits and pieces you're looking for, but I found 
air fittings at most hardware stores, like Orchard, Home Depot, or tool 
stores like Toolland in San Carlos.  Grainger also carries air fittings.

For fittings like quick disconnects, I like brands like Milton - some of 
the other brands that I've tried (Campbell-Hausfield, Amflo) tended to leak.
