hi all,
this is mostly for anyone chairing an event at GGF. there is one thing i
wished i had covered in the driver's meeting. the hardest thing about not
having a PA is trying to round up workers. what i should have said in the
meeting that it is EACH WORKER'S responsibility to get signed off on the
worker sheet, AND to keep track of when they need to report.
oh, and if you do tech on grid, be sure the people signed up for tech
understand WHEN they are supposed to tech cars. or else you, the chair,
will have to tech 20 cars in 10 minutes like i did!
