Not with four (4) crossovers it can't. That's a course INVITING trouble.
Somebody is doing some serious kidding with that.
Generally speaking, any cross over should be in the early part of the
course and then you don't start the second car until the first car has
cleared the crossover. Given the variety of car speeds and experience
levels, starting a following car in the described course above is a recipe
for disaster. Not only that the designer is offering four (4) tries for a
crash at the crossover. Ugly.
