Been there, tried that.
Unfortunately, the lot is used as overflow parking for the adjacent Six Flag
Elitch Gardens amusement park and is not available
on Summer weekends :(

Subject: Denver's Street/Parking Lot Circuit
I finally saw Denver's street circuit on television this weekend for the
CART qualifying and race. I noticed that about half of the circuit is on a
parking lot of Denver's Pepsi Center. That's a huge parking lot if they can
hold some of a CART race on it.
To bad Denver's SCCA Solo 2 club couldn't get that lot a couple year's ago
so they could of had pros and tours there,huh?
