I thought this too, but heard from an FP competitor at lunch today that AP
was given a grace period of something like five years when FP was split back
out of it. That was three years ago.
Any board members like to comment? Other folks in the know on this?

Incidently, the sundown number in the rule book is 12. By my reckoning, AP
is thus gone, and BP is in danger.
